GSA Ordering Process

• Identify and quantify requirements and develop a Statement of Work (SOW).
• Review price list from schedule vendors and develop independent cost estimate
• Price lists are available online at http://www.gsaadvantage.gov
• Prepare SOW and send Request for Proposals to at least three contractors.
• Contractor reviews SOW and submits proposal and price quote.
• Make selection based on best value, considering price, past performance, special features in product/service and technical qualifications.
