360° Feedback Assessment
The 360° Feedback Assessment was designed by XB Consulting to maximize the use of feedback data for individual growth and development. An analysis of the feedback from people a person works with, including management, colleagues, clients, and the individual receiving the feedback, will result in a clear picture.
The picture will reveal how others perceive that individual’s talents, skills, competencies, and personality traits. The information can be used to identify weaknesses and strengths. Then the weaknesses can be strengthened and the strengths can be used to their best advantage. This data, when properly applied, can make a successful person enormously successful.
By working with an XB Consulting coach, a tangible, measurable action plan can be developed and implemented from collected data. Participants can share their experiences in a group setting during a feedback seminar or workshop.
The 360° Feedback Assessment process involves creating a list of customized questions and distributing them to selected respondents. An email from the XB Consulting coach is then sent to the respondents giving them online directions. The feedback is generated by the respondents and compiled in a report that will be used to create an action plan calling for change, with strategies for communicating this information to others.
Action plans are reviewed on a regular basis and the entire process can be applied after six months to determine growth and development.
