Job Profile Report

The XC InSight Job Profile identifies core competencies, values, critical thinking skills and work environment features that are important to a particular job based on the hiring managers or subject matter expert (SME) ratings. The report is used for comparing candidates to a particular job.

The XC InSight Job Profile process allows for the identification of core competencies and other characteristics and leads to a customized job profile. It identifies the skills, abilities and other characteristics to look for in potential candidates for selection purposes.

XC InSight Job Profile Reports:

  • Provide descriptions of the key talents and experience a potential hire needs to possess to be successful in the job.
  • Suggests interview questions designed to elicit candidate information based on the PAVE model defining competencies, behavior, values, and critical thinking attributes relevant for the job.
  • May be used to create or update job descriptions.
  • Are assessment tools for evaluating job candidates’ potential for optimal productivity.
