The XC InSight Behavior Profile is based on the Approach portion of the PAVE model. XC InSight’s Behavioral Model does not measure personality but instead is a reflection of how individual behavior responds to the environment, a combination of personality and the situation. Personality and situation interact and produce thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
There are four dimensions or behavioral styles, or sometimes referred to as social styles measured in the XC InSight Behavior Profile:
Driving – How people approach problems to solve.
Impacting – How people approach influencing and relating to other people.
Supporting – How people approach the pace of the environment.
Contemplating – How people approach procedures and rules.
