Cindy Fox – Director of Training

As Director of Training for XB Consulting, Cindy Fox develops and delivers customized training solutions for companies and organizations. Her exemplary success record is a result of her ability to focus on specific client needs and objectives in areas related to growing sales skills and leadership competencies, and enhance team dynamics.

Cindy helps organizations hire, develop, retain and maximize talent, and assist them in achieving higher levels of performance using insightful XB assessment tools. She guides leaders through the process to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their teams and define a clear benchmark for each job to secure the talent necessary for long-term success.

Cindy also delivers “Train the Trainer” programs. She has certified hundreds of other coaches, trainers and professionals in the various assessments incorporated by XB Consulting.

Cindy received her science degree from the University of Bridgeport. She is a graduate of the Registered Corporate Coach Program and Corporate Coach University. She holds several professional accreditations including Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst/Values Analyst, Certified Attribute Index Analyst and Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the American Society of Training and Development.
