Karen Kirchner – Executive Coach, Behavioral Analyst, Trainer

Specializing in the areas of leadership development and emotional intelligence, Karen has had significant success in helping organizations develop and retain internal talent. Karen has more than 15 years experience as an internal and external consultant to organizations ranging from large multinational institutions to entrepreneurial start-ups. Her background includes directing Human Resources for Reader’s Digest, Citicorp and The Boston Stock Exchange.

Karen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the New School for Social Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Boston College. She has also completed post-graduate coursework in assessment and executive coaching at New York University. She is an adjunct professor at Fairfield University’s Graduate School of Business. Karen is qualified in the DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Hogan Assessments as well as the Clark Wilson and Conflict Dynamics 360-degree instruments.

Karen uses her flexible, results-oriented approach to bring the goals of organizations within reach. Through effectively analyzing profiles and assessments, translating the data and crafting plans-of-action that bring positive change, Karen adds her intuitive approach to the XB Consulting team in order to greatly benefit our clients.
