Rick Crawshaw – Sr. Director of Client Services

Developing excellent leaders is Rick Crawshaw’s specialty. As a seasoned business executive with more than thirty years of business leadership, Rick believes people can achieve amazing accomplishments in the right environment with a strong support structure.

He is recognized for his abilities as a coach-leader and for teaching others the critical skills necessary to be great leaders.

Rick has held management positions in sales, marketing, development, and manufacturing and has been the general manager of Eastman Kodak. He has also been responsible for creating multiple start-up businesses within corporations.

Rick earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. He attended the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, and he is a graduate of Coach University’s Coaches Training Program.
