Rick Crawshaw – Executive Coach 

Developing excellent leaders is Rick Crawshaw’s specialty. A leader’s coach, he has an intuitive understanding of people and human behavior and is a seasoned executive himself with over thirty years of experience in business.

Previously, Rick served as general manager of Eastman Kodak and held various management positions in sales, marketing, development and manufacturing during his long tenure with the company. Over the years, he also launched multiple new business units within Kodak. Rick has successfully coached leaders at all levels, from first level supervisors to CEOs in many different industries.  An exceptional leader, supportive mentor and masterful coach, Rick has witnessed firsthand the amazing things that people can accomplish in the right environment with strong leadership and support.

Rick earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Marketing Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. He attended the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School. He is also a graduate of Coach University’s Coaches Training Program.
